Apartments Rose - Pisak YOUR HOLIDAY DREAM HOME

Staying there was a wonderful experience! The view to the sea is fantastic! The place looks exactly like on the pictures. Iva is a kind and generous host. She was friendly eith us during our time at her place and she gave us a lot of helpful tips where to visit. There are a lot of beaches nearby with clear water and rich wildlife to check. The village is nice and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation.

We absolutely loved it!!

We really loved this apartment from the very start when the owners gave us a very warm welcome. There was even a bottle of wine, a carbonated water and a bottle of home-made elderflower cordial in the fridge. It was very clean, spacious, well finished and well equipped although the kitchen could probably do with a few more utensils like a toaster, veggie peeler etc. The whole family were always ready to do anything to help us and to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The balcony is large and the view is astonishing. There is a private entrance to the sea access. There's no beach as such, but there are a couple of sun loungers which can be used and there is a step ladder down into the sea but it's deep enough to jump right in. Probably not suitable for young children and there are 150 steps down to the sea (and up again!). But it really wasn't a problem, just important to know. There are other lovely places very nearby where there is a beach and it's very safe for children. We would highly recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone. And Pisak is a gorgeous village too. We left feeling very refreshed.

This place is amazing! Apartments so clean, big and equipped with everything you need in the smallest details. Wifi worked excellent! Perfect sea view, very close to the beach, and we really think in this area beaches are the best! The best location in the Pisak village. First line, well-made private access to the sea. The appartements are nice, fresh, well-equipped and modern, fully-equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. Really relaxing atmosphere, owner Tanja was always helpful and kind to answer all the questions. Thank her and her family for a nice time spent there. Definitely a place to return. Asi najlepsia poloha v Pisaku. Dom sa nachadza v prvej linii z velmi dobre zariadenym sukromnym pristupom k moru. Apartman bol velmi moderny a cisty, zo vsetkym co clovek potrebuje aj s dobre zariadenou kuchynkou, rychle Wi-Fi. Atmosfera plneho relaxu, majitelka Tanja bola vzdy napomocna a z radostou odpovedala na vsetky otazky. Dakujeme jej a jej rodine za peknu dovolenku. Urcite sa vratime.

The apartment is well located in quiet, friendly Pisak, a beautiful gem of a location.

We traveled as a family group with two children aged 8 and 10 and the apartment which excellent for them. Great place to stay with lovely private access to the clear blue water down a short walk of the steps from the apartment . This made daily swims easy and without any fuss when the town beach and other local beaches were more busy we always had a place to lounge, relax and swim away from the crowds. Host was kind, friendly with excellent English- she was keen to ensure we had everything we needed and provided local treats for us to try which the children enjoyed thoroughly. The small town of Pisak has everything you need whilst also being close for wider adventures along the coast if you are happy to travel. Parking was a bit of a challenge which we got used to but be prepared for reversing into tight spaces up an incline if you do hire a car and arrive tired early in the morning ! :- ) Overall a fantastic stay and would happilly go back again.

Best vacation

We had a fabulous vacation experience at apartments Rose J. The location of the house is just next to the sea with private sunbathing area and when swimming in the clear blue sea Pisak's extraordinary mountain scenery in the background were breathtaking. Beautiful newly equipped apartment with perfect view from the terrace. We also enjoyed wonderful authentic Croatian food in the restaurants nearby Pisak, and received truly good value for the best vacation we ever had.

Snorkeling in the Adriatic

The roads from the main to the location were a little tight :) but we managed (and also not Rose's fault) The owner was very nice and helpful. The apartment have modern appliances and was decorated nicely. We had a very nice sea view. The location have a private entrance to the sea, very easy to get there.

Idealne miejsce do wypoczynku.

Właścicielka obiektu bardzo miła, życzliwa, pomocna, nie narzucająca się jednocześnie, dyskretna. Już na samym wstępie zostaliśmy obdarowani przepysznym, chorwackim winem oraz nektarem domowym w ramach pewnej rocznicy :), a w dniu wyjazdu końcówką zeszłorocznej nalewki wiśniowej. W czasie naszego pobytu przemiła właścicielka załatwiła nam świeże ryby, które potem upiekła w kamiennym grillu. Co do obiektu to trzeba podkreślić jego świetną lokalizację, z dala od zgiełku, z pięknym widokiem na morze, w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie prywatnej, betonowej plaży oraz prywatnym parkingiem przy budynku, od strony ulicy. Apartament w którym mieszkaliśmy był CZYSTY, posiadał duży, umeblowany taras, był świetnie wygłuszony oraz dobrze wyposażony.”

Amazing sea view

My friend and I stayed for a week in the top floor apartment of Iva's complex. Iva is an amazing hostess and really takes the time to ensure all your needs are met. The apartment has an amazing balcony view to the sea and all the modern facilities you need. The apartment was very clean and inviting and Pisak is a nice little village to see. Also there are steps straight down to the sea - about 50m walk, where you can dip straight in and refresh yourself. A really lovely setting and most importantly, friendly and welcoming hosts! I thoroughly recommend Iva and her apartments! :)

As close to perfect as makes no difference

Two more towel hooks in the bathroom would be useful ...... and that is the ONLY thing I've been able to think of to improve ones' stay. From beginning to end the ideal apartment: a gracious and caring host who brings you her home made apple pie and elderflower syrup, towel changes every 3 days, quiet location , all mod-cons in a modern, clean and comfortable apartment, fantastic sea close by. Steep stairs down to the jetty but normal for Croatia. Proper wood-fired barbecue available for guests, parking on-site, fruit trees abound in the garden.

Perfect vacation

We really enjoyed our stay :) Tanja is a great host and really friendly :) Our apartment was just 30 m from the sea (there is also a private entrance to the sea) and the view from the terrace was amazing so we spent a lot of time just relaxing and looking at the sea. Pisak is a very charming place and our apartment was located 5 minutes walking distance from the center of the village where you can find big pebble beaches and couple of bars. Neighborhood is peaceful so it''s great if you want a peaceful vacation with lots of relaxing and sleeping. The apartment was newly furnished and equipped with everything you need (including wi-fi and air conditioning). One night we had a barbecue in the garden which was especially nice and our host made us cakes :) I would really recommend it as our experience was great and everything looked even better than on the photos. I hope we''ll be back soon and I would like to stay in apartments Rose again :)

Amazing pancakes and apple pie!

Świetna lokalizacja (pierwszy rząd domów nad morzem), dostęp do tzw. prywatnej plaży, spacerem wzdłuż brzegu ok. 300 m do plaży publicznej. Nasz apartament (dla 3 osób) składał się z pokoju dziennego (rozkładany narożnik) z aneksem kuchennym (kuchnia była świetnie wyposażona - kuchenka, piekarnik, wysoka lodówka, zmywarka, praktycznie wszystkie garnki, gustowna zastawa, czajnik itp.), oddzielnej 2-osobowej sypialni, łazienki. Duży taras z fantastycznym widokiem na morze i ogród. Fantastyczna, gościnna gospodyni! Great location (the first row of houses by the sea), access to the private beach, approx. 300 m to the public beach. Our apartment (for 3 people) consisted of a living room, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, pots, stylish dishware etc.) and a separate bedroom (for 2 persons), bathroom. Large terrace with fantastic view of the sea and the garden. Fantastic, hospitable hostess! Thank you for delicious pancakes and apple pie :)))

Comfortable & spacious apartment

Es ist ein nagelneues Apartment wo wirklich an keiner Ecke gespart wurde (Gorenje Küchengeräte, Laufen Waschbecken). Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sieht wirklich genauso wenn nicht noch besser bzw.geräumiger als auf den Fotos aus. Haben durch ein glückliches Missgeschick das untere Arparment bekommen, welches wie wir festgestellt haben über die größte Terrasse verfügt, auf der wir sogar mit Strandschägern und Bällen spielen konnten. Der Ort liegt weit unter der Hauptstraße, wodurch ein ruhiger Schlaf garantiert ist. Die Dusche hat auch einen super starken Strahl-was in Kroatien nicht immer selbstverständlich ist ;) Das Haus liegt in 1.Reihe. Zum Meer führt eine steile Treppe (was für die Gegend normal ist) von der man entweder zu einer netten privaten Plattform mit Leiter kommt oder zu einem kleinen Strand gleich daneben. Der Weg führt auch zum Hauptstrand in das nette kleine Dörfchen wo wir die Konoba Leut nur wärmstens empfehlen können (richtig gute Qualität Fisch Fleisch Scampis Buzzara - zu einem sehr günstigen Preis) Wir können stolz behaupten die aller 1.Gäste im Apartment Rose gewesen zu sein und haben die Zeit dort wirklich sehr genossen. Iva die Besitzerin ist eine sehr sympathische Dame in den besten Jahren welche bestimmt viel Erfolg mit diesem wunderschönen Haus haben wird. :) Wir waren bzw.sind noch im Juni 2014 in Kroatien und können nach 6 verschiedenen Residenzen durchaus sagen, dass dieses Apartment vom Preis Leistungsverhältniss und der Ruhe bestochen hat. Obwohl sowieso sehr sehr günstig bekammen wir noch Begrüßungsgetränke und ein paar Tage später noch einen hausgemachten Hollundersirup als Draufgabe. Aparment ROSE 5***** gerne immer wieder :) Danke IVA XD
